I have been saying this for awhile now!!!
The news screams ”Interest rates are high” and buyers get nervous. Looking at the chart below, over 50% of the last 48 years, rates were over 7%. Right now may be the BEST TIME TO PURCHASE because when rates do come down, we will be back in the crazy multiple offers, way over list price market. This is not the forever rate as it may be refinanced down the road but if you overpay, you still owe that amount. Here to serve.
