📚✨ Book Review Time! ✨📚

🙌 Its important to start with I am NOT a real estate agent nor do I wish to be one. I find that we can gain wisdom from the Top 1% of professionals and apply it to our lives, goals and business! I have read books from Top 1% in Insurance Sales, Restaurant and Hospitality, Sport Athletes, NASCAR, Military, Martial Arts and of course Real Estate Investing and Business. I encourage everyone to gain a different prospective of business and life and learn from others industries. Growth doesn't happen with the movement of time but rather the movement of the mind 📡🏢.

My favorite Story from the book: I enjoyed learning about the processes (daily and weekly), tools, setups and presentations used in the authors real estate business to sell over 300 homes per year! YES 300 HOMES PER YEAR 💡💸

📚✨ Book Review Time! ✨📚

🙌 Shout out to my buddy Chris for the book recommendation. This is hands down a must read for any one in a Leadership, Manager or Team leader role. Great insight and examples of Netflix and how how too many rules will kill any team moral, innovation and team work📡🏢.

My favorite Story from the book: Companies that have too many rules will dampen innovation creativity leaving the company to purchase and merge with companies that are great innovators, HOWEVER once the merge happens and all the "rules" are introduced into the new companies it will kill innovation leaving the company to then again seek another company with innovation to purchase and merge..💡💸

Favorite quote: If you want to build a boat, don't divide your team into groups and tasks but rather get them excited about sailing!
