Well, another big day for a first time homebuyer. There’s something special about watching somebody realize they’ve become a homeowner.
The smiles on our buyers faces from the moment we got to the closing table to the time we left was priceless. She was BEAMING!
Vicki and I have done multiple physician loans this year alone and while it is always rewarding to watch somebody purchase their first home… it’s extra special when they actually get the keys and a check from the title company!
Strategy and experience mean more than people think . I’ve been lucky enough to do countless deals with Vicki and she’s a true pro.
I had another deal going simultaneously with this one with a very inexperienced agent and it showed. The buyers paid a fee I NEVER see buyers pay in Colorado.. but a box WAS checked by an experienced realtor and a box was MISSED by an inexperienced one.. and cost my buyers $2400+ at closing.. nothing I can do.
 From what to look for at your initial viewing to inspection objections, contract, negotiations, experience matters, and one small mistake by an inexperienced Lender or Realtor could end up costing you in the end.
