District 20's top performers have been announced and we are thrilled to congratulate Bryce Babcock, Skyler Severance, Mai Truong, and Sam Miller on their well-deserved awards. Bryce Babcock Agency took home both the Life Agent and Commercial Agent of the Year awards, while Skyler Severance was named Rookie Agent of the Year and Mai Truong earned the title of top Agent Accelerator of the Year. Sam Miller also shone brightly as the Protege of the Year.

In addition, our agents voted on the "Team Player" award, and the vote was split between Bryce Babcock and Shelly Harsh. Congratulations to you both! These talented individuals truly embody the and that we value here at Farmers Insurance District 20. Looking forward to seeing what 2024 brings!

What's your plan for long term care?
The biggest and first question is, how would you pay for it?
7/10 people will need long term care at some point during their lifetime and, almost no one is prepared to pay.
This comes even more common when you look up the average cost of Long Term Care, which is in the neighborhood of $100,000 a year on average!
If you do not have $100,000 or so laying around, or you would rather have a plan so you don't have to use it, then you may want to look at a "Critical Illness Accelerated Benefit Rider" on your current life insurance policy (Provides coverage for long term care, that will be paid for by your insurance policy)!
If you don't have current insurance do not panic, but DO NOT hesitate. When it comes to life insurance, you can rarely be too early, but you CAN be too late.

As we are nearing the end of the month I just wanted to remind everyone that it is still Mental health awareness month! This is your sign to get out of the house, get some sun on your face, go get your nails done, or go do your favorite thing! This month you should be TREATING YOURSELF! You aren't your best self if your mental health isn't in check, so do it for your family, do it for your friends and most importantly do it for yourself! YOU DESERVE IT!

Unfortunately, this past week many Coloradans have seen the worst...

Happy early Easter to you all! This weekend can be full of fun, family, friends, and Easter egg hunts! This Easter weekend my challenge to you is to give out 20 hugs to your loved ones!

Did you know hugging has health benefits?

1) Hugging helps lower our stress throughout the day.
2) Hugs can also give our immune system a healthy boost.
3) Hugs might even lower heart rates and blood pressure.
4) A few good squeezes could lead to decreased depression.

Let your loved ones know you love them this weekend and be a beacon happiness! Keep your family and friends close to avoid regret.
