It’s unfortunate when somebody contacts another loan company (I won’t say who, but their logo is blue and has a globe on it) And they’re trying to get pre-approved so they can go look for a house, and after three days, they can’t get a hold of there loan officer. Then they call me and I have a pre-approval in three hours.

I don’t know about you, but when I’m making the biggest decision and purchase in my life, I prefer to work with somebody who takes the time to really help me and not just try to make money. Also being able to reach them when I have questions is useful.
