Such a beautiful day supporting Sarah in the Arthritis Walk in Cincinnati. Sarah is an inspiration and played sports on and off with Audrey all through school. Currently a student at Purdue University, she returns home every 4 weeks for Arthritis Treatment! So proud of this kiddo and so honored to support her each year!

Ok parents, I’ve had several young kids getting frustrated with their first time having their own insurance policies! If you have a kiddo that needs to start their own insurance, please have them call me. I will HAPPILY explain it to them!

They get so frustrated, they call me wanting to cancel it because they don’t want to pay for it, but they aren’t doing what they need to do to get maximum discounts. Insurance is high for everyone right now! I will find ways to help them! And help them understand along the way!!!!

Ok, if you’re selling a car I cannot stress enough, TRANSFER THE TITLE AT THE COURTHOUSE!

For example, Guy sells car to Other Guy. Other Guy never puts car in his name. Other Guy wrecks car and leaves the scene. Guy is contacted as OWNER OF THE VEHICLE, because Other Guy never registered it in his name!!!!!!

You talk about a quick way to get your name run through the mud! It’s a documentation nightmare!!!! Glad I could help Guy!!!! But dang!!!!
