For over 20 years, Richard Donahue has led our claims and loss control teams at MountainGuard.

Today marked 1 A.D. One day After Donahue. His contributions to the ski industry are numerous and impactful. By all accounts he has left it a better place than when he started.

We will miss him dearly as he embarks on his new journey into retirement and we wish him all the best.

As part of the leadership transition, Ryan Lavoie will assume additional responsibility for MountainGuard’s Loss Control operations while continuing to oversee the program’s Risk Management and Education initiatives.

Mike Brandi will take on leadership responsibilities for MountainGuard’s Claims operations while continuing in his role as a senior claims adjuster.

While we celebrate Richard’s achievements, we look forward to the new leadership of Ryan and Mike in the years to come.
