Lyndee Paulus - Fairway Mortgage Mortgage Loan Officer in the beautiful Summit County. Passionate about helping others achieve their Lyndee Paulus returned to Utah with her family in 2018.

She was born and raised in Northern Michigan, where she developed an early love for winter activities. A passion for ski racing led her to pursue an athletic career both on the U.S. Ski Team and at the University of Vermont. Lyndee raced both at the North American Cup and European Cup level, and completed her collegiate career as the team captain and 5x NCAA All-American. While at the University o

f Vermont she received both an undergraduate and a doctorate degree. Following graduate school on the east coast, she moved to Colorado with her family to pursue the mountain lifestyle that she’d always imagined. After about 5 years in Colorado Lyndee and her family decided to move back to Park City, where both her and her husband met many years ago racing for Park City Ski Team. They are excited to raise their young family here and continue to enjoy all Utah has to offer. Lyndee’s competitive background in ski racing has translated into her professional career as a mortgage lender. Her exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and effective education techniques create a smooth and successful lending experience. She truly enjoys getting to know her clients and helping them to fulfill the home buying dream that best fits their individual situation. She looks forward to continuing her mortgage lending career here in Utah by providing excellent service to her clients and lasting connections with local realtors.

From the very first call that I made to Lyndee to the closing of our home, Lyndee was always available. I always felt like Lyndee had me and my best interest in mind at all times. The Portal that they use to collect all of the pertinent information is really easy to use. As we go forward and purchase other homes, Lyndee will always be our choice.

Lyndee and the Fairway Mortgage team were wonderful to work with. Lyndee was very knowledgeable and responsive to our questions throughout the entire process.
