🚨 HAIL STORM ALERT 🚨
✅ What to do after a hail storm:
1️⃣ Walk around your home and look for visible signs of damage:
• Dents on gutters, vents, garage doors, or mailbox
• Missing shingles and shingles on the ground
2️⃣ Take photos of any damage you can safely see.
3️⃣ Check inside your home for leaks, water spots, or ceiling stains. 💦 If any leaks are found take preventative measures to avoid further water damage.
4️⃣ Call a trusted LOCAL roofing professional for a FREE inspection. If you don’t know of any, ask your insurance agent for a few recommendations. ⚠️ I’m sure many of you are receiving phone calls and knocks on your door from out of town roofing companies. ⚠️
5️⃣ Contact your insurance company if damage is confirmed and discuss next steps in the claims process.
