More severe weather is entering our area this evening. If you have damage and know you need to file a claim after office hours, please use the Customer Service number below.

If you are unsure if a claim is needed, follow these steps to help make the process a better experience.

1. Safety is your priority! Do not go out in bad weather or attempt repairs during a weather event.

2. Document! Take photos of damage and keep receipts for things like tarps or other repair materials.

3. Verify your deductible! If you are unsure your damage is greater than your deductible, you can arrange for an estimate before you file a claim.

📍Distance Matters:

*Students attending a college or university less than 100 miles from home are still rated the same as when they were in high school.

*Students up to 500 miles away and do not have a vehicle with them at school have a slightly better rate.

*Students over 500 miles away without access to a vehicle are not rated.

It's important to talk with your COUNTRY Financial agent about your graduate's college plans to make sure your auto policy fits your scenario.
