✅ Newark, NJ led the nation in appreciation — up 11.6%

Starting May 25, 2025, only U.S. Citizens and Permanent Resident Aliens will be eligible for FHA financing.
That means Non-Permanent Resident borrowers will no longer qualify.
This change is flying under the radar — but it could cause major delays or fallout if you're not aware.
