Halloween safety isn't just for humans. Trupanion recommends keeping Halloween candy away from your cats and dogs because both chocolate and xylitol are toxic to them. Please also be aware that while putting them in costumes is fun for us, it's sometimes stressful and dangerous for them. And watch out for any Halloween décor your pet could get ahold of and swallow. Here's to a safe and happy holiday for our fur friends!

Last night was a whirlwind for many. Thad was here in the middle of the night to get some flood barriers up. Even the creatures of the creek sought out higher ground! Thad is loving the cooler weather, Halloween (he continues to use the masks after the holiday to keep the team.... on their toes 😉), fire pits, and a little football time too.
