Attention Papillion Residents,
Many of our neighbors are going through a tough stretch right now — some haven’t been paid, some are waiting on critical benefits, and others just need a reminder that community still matters. If that sounds familiar, or if you just want to reconnect and bring some light to the neighborhood, we’ve got you covered.
Come enjoy a free hot bowl of chili at Goose’s Bar — made with care, served with gratitude, and open to everyone.
Before you join us, please keep a few things in mind:
• We’re all in different places. Some people are struggling more than others, and that can change overnight. Be grateful if you can’t relate — and kind if you can. Everyone’s welcome, but egos stay at the door.
• This is about hope and connection. Bring your smile, your stories, your humor — but also your willingness to listen and lift someone up. Let’s make this a night that fills more than just stomachs.
• While supplies last. If life’s treating you well and you’re just craving great chili (we get it — Goose’s chili is incredible), please consider grabbing a drink or meal from their menu to support the bar, or bring a few non-perishable items for local food bank donations. Every little bit helps.
