I have always referred my clients to Slyter Contracting and Keaton Construction for their home repairs. I will always continue to refer and use local companies. But if you find that these local companies get backed up and can’t get to you as fast as you need I would like to refer Aspen Contracting, Inc. A little back story about this company…..
I was on my small ladder cleaning my gutters. There was a tree branch I couldn’t reach. A gentleman drove by and asking if I needed help. I told him I was trying to reach the tree branch. He said, “I can get it for you!” I honestly was thinking, ugh just another storm chaser coming to my house. But this guy showed excellent customer service. He got up on my roof to get the limb and of course asked if he cared if he looked at my roof. He noticed one of my vents was very dented and he was concerned of leaking with tonight storms. He called one of his co-workers that was in the area. They both got up on my roof and nailed down some tarp over my vent to help temporarily seal the vent. While they were up there they noticed 2 rips in my shingles on my ridge line. They also temporarily covered them for me. All free of charge with no obligation from me for any future roof repairs. They also had their city permits visible, the first guy was a veteran and the other was was a former police officer.
I honestly have never heard of their company as they are out of Lee’s Summit, MO. I have not heard of anyone else using them for their home repairs so I can’t contest to their quality of work. But if their work is as good as their customer service, then they would be a great company to use.
