Very important changes have been made in Medicare Part D which will dramatically affect the benefits. I expect the prices of Part D plans for 2023 to be very different than those for your current plan. It is even more important to check your plan during this year's Open Enrollment Period (October 15-December 7). Unfortunately, my business and I have become the recent focus of attacks by Black Hebrew Israelites. They belong to a well known hate group that dresses up in weird outfits and shout all manner of profanity at people on street corners as well as carry out many hate crimes. Many, if not most, of these people are mentally ill and cannot be held responsible for their actions. I apologize for any racist, antisemitic or homophobic language such as they are known to use. I will try to remove them as soon as I am able.

I will always stand up against prejudice and bigotry of every kind, especially against prejudice and bigotry aimed at our community.

We are approaching annual Open Enrollment for Medicare, Covered California and many other health insurance policies. I highly recommend weighing your options and speaking to a health insurance agent. In California, assistance from a health insurance agent must be completely free to the consumer by law.

If you are in the United States legally, you can qualify to buy health insurance through the Covered California "Marketplace" with or without assistance.

Enrollment in a Marketplace plan (with or without premium tax credits) is not a public benefit under the public charge final rule.

For children under age 21 and pregnant women, enrollment in Medicaid or the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) won’t be considered to be a public benefit under the public charge rule.

I would say you should check your Medicare plan every year.

In Los Angeles, multiple Medicare Advantage plans for 2021 are even offering a rebate.
