Zillow is great for browsing but when it comes to short-term rental investing, it doesn’t tell the whole story. Some beach neighborhoods don’t allow STRs, others won’t earn the income you expect, and the “perfect deal” may be anything but.

That’s why I build custom MLS searches for my clients filtered by price, goals, and actual short-term rental potential.
