Today I had the opportunity to attend the PCB Chamber Women's Series and hear from Kaydee Albritton about her journey to becoming a CEO She is currently 33 years old.
She shared several lessons on leadership, hard work, mentorship, and staying true to your values. While there were many great takeaways, one quote stood out to me:
"People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." –

As someone who works with families making important financial decisions, this was a timely reminder that people may not remember every conversation or recommendation, but they will remember how you made them feel. My hope is that every client I work with feels heard, respected, valued, and genuinely cared for.
