Our job is to make sure you get the coverage you need and we take that job seriously. I started working with Mel & Tina Winburn of Gainesville, Georgia, in early June to help them find a beach vacation home that fit their criteria. For the next 4 months, we looked at houses from Mexico Beach to Carrabelle. Made offers more than once. Got under contract on one and pulled out when things didn’t feel right. Then I introduced them to Salt Creek by Holiday Builders in Mexico Beach.

Some great new home incentives from Cory Krackenberger helped seal the deal and the Winburn’s closed on their beach home in late September.

Between hurricane closures last week and Columbus Day today, the kids have had quite the break, and a few have had to join us in the office!

We’re grateful to see our communities in Bay County and along the Forgotten Coast spared the worst of yesterday’s storm.

Eight years ago today, Hurricane Michael changed so much of the place we call home. From Panama City and Mexico Beach to Port St. Joe and Cape San Blas, that day is still close to our hearts, and rebuilding is still part of our story.

Seeing this aerial view of our little slice of heaven gives us a little extra reason to be thankful today. 💙
