Had a great lunch with Rob with Hutt Insurance Agency, Inc. today talking about insurance, networking, and community connections.

I love getting to sit down with others who care about building relationships and finding ways to help people. Conversations like this are such a good reminder that networking is not just about business. It is about trust, support, and community.

And of course, the food was delicious! Always a bonus when a good conversation comes with a great meal. 😋

A lot of people do not realize this, but money taken from certain retirement accounts can affect Marketplace subsidies.

If you are withdrawing from a traditional 401(k), IRA, pension, or similar account, that may be considered taxable income and should be included in your Marketplace income estimate.

I’m not a tax professional, so I can’t give tax advice, but from a Marketplace standpoint, it is important to have a realistic income estimate for the year.

Exciting update for our community! 🌳🛝

Cain Griffin Park has new playground equipment, and it is such a fun addition for local families! We stopped by to check it out, and my little climber gave it his full approval. 😄

I love seeing our parks continue to grow and improve. Spaces like this give kids a place to play, explore, build confidence, and make sweet childhood memories right here in our community.

Thank you to the City of Lynn Haven for investing in places where our kids and families can enjoy time together. 💚
