We had a married couple come in last week who had been frustrated with their rate increases over the past few years. They would ask their agent, who is also in Pampa, to look at their policy to see if they could reduce the premium. The agent would tell them they were paying less than everybody else, there was nothing to look at and never go over their policy with them.
We gladly spent a couple of hours looking at their policy, checking out all the options, removing unnecessary coverage, changing deductibles, anything we could do to help. We ended up saving them about $2500! And they won't miss any of the coverage we changed. They kept saying they could not believe an agent was willing to take that much time to look at everything since their last agent never would.
