This week I have a special guest on the Palos Verdes Hill report. We’re talking Palos Verdes real estate and we are seeing a slight slow down as we head into the holidays. Overall prices are holding consistent with a slight price reduction to most close sales. We did see a drop in new escrows and a drop a new inventory, which is all very normal for this time of year.
