Diversity is the bedrock of American culture & capitalism. But DEI bureaucracy is not. It actively minimizes equality of opportunity for the unfavored - those who have been systematically demonized as “oppressors”, colonizers and settlers. It punishes merit, talent, free speech and hard work.

It creates sense of entitlement within what the establishment calls the oppressed. It has created a massive industry of victimhood. The DEI bureaucracy must go. That’s what almost all Americans want.

Dear Entrepreneurs from India and Pakistan : I am deeply grateful and humbled that you are interested in the Rajeev Circle Fellowship. We are slightly late in responding to you because I am thinking of taking a brief break from leading the fellowship. If I take off for a bit, I want to make sure the integrity of mine and Rajeev’s ideas and spirit are carried forward by the mix of helpers/volunteers who will be taking over. We are slowly getting there. Please bear with us as we reconfigure the fellowship a bit.
