Need some help - looking for someone looking to buy a home. Last week, I met a title rep who, according to their records, is coming in around 40% less expensive than their average competition in terms of title insurance and fees. I want to verify this personally, so I got that rep to agree to waive escrow fees for the first client I bring them. Anyone know someone who could go for saving some cash at closing?
