Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Licensed Insurance Sales Associate (or obtained in the first 90 days of employment) to join our team in Palmer, Alaska. Someone who possess a Great Attitude, and a equally great moral character. In this role, you will help clients protect what matters most by offering tailored insurance solutions, maintaining strong relationships, and driving new business growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (auto, home, life, commercial, etc.)
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and local outreach
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
• Process policy applications, renewals, endorsements, and changes
• Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing policy support
• Stay up to date on industry regulations, products, and market trends
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Required Qualifications
• Good Attitude & Moral Character
• Active Alaska Insurance License with in the first 90 Days of employment (Property & Casualty and Life & Health)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet sales goals or quotas
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Preferred Qualifications
• 0-3+ years of insurance sales or related experience
• Experience working in a small office or community-focused business
• Bilingual skills (a plus, but not required)
