Medicare telehealth just got a short-term extension — and that’s good news for anyone who relies on virtual care. 📱

Congress recently passed a continuing resolution that brought back the Medicare telehealth flexibilities that expired on October 1, 2025. These rules will now stay in place through January 30, 2026, and Medicare will even retroactively pay for virtual visits that took place during the government shutdown.

This matters because when the flexibilities expired, Medicare temporarily lost the ability to cover telehealth outside rural areas. Many providers had to cancel appointments or risk not being reimbursed.

With the extension in place, Medicare beneficiaries can continue using telehealth from any location, including audio-only visits. Virtual appointments with physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, audiologists, and mental health professionals are also back in full force.

It’s important to remember that this is still a temporary fix. Congress is considering longer-term solutions — including bipartisan bills that could extend or even make permanent today’s expanded telehealth access. But for now, seniors can breathe a little easier knowing their virtual care options remain available.

If you have questions about how these changes affect your Medicare coverage — or want help reviewing your options — reach out today. The right guidance can make all the difference. ✔️

✨ Holiday Baking Made Deliciously Simple! ✨

If you love the creamy flavor of eggnog, you’ll adore this Eggnog Cheesecake 🎂 — the perfect blend of rich, velvety texture and cozy holiday spice.

Here’s how to make it:
1️⃣ Start with a graham cracker crust — mix crumbs with melted butter and press into a springform pan.
2️⃣ In a bowl, blend 24 oz cream cheese, 1 c sugar, 4 eggs, and 1 c eggnog until smooth. Add a dash of nutmeg and vanilla (or rum extract) for that festive flavor.
3️⃣ Pour the filling into the crust and bake at 325°F (160°C) for about 50–60 minutes, until just set.
4️⃣ Let it cool completely, then refrigerate overnight.
5️⃣ Before serving, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg 🌟.

Creamy, nostalgic, and full of cheer — it’s the ultimate Christmas dessert. Perfect for family gatherings, office parties, or cozy nights by the fire.

Would this make it onto your holiday dessert table? 🎅

Worried about inflation eating into your retirement savings?

You’re not alone—and you’re right to be thinking ahead.

Here are 5 smart ways to help protect your retirement from rising costs:
💰 Limit how much you keep in cash—invest the rest
📈 Stay invested in stocks for long-term growth
🔐 Consider annuities with inflation protection, like cost-of-living riders
⏳ Delay Social Security for a higher lifetime benefit
🏠 Add real estate or REITs for added diversification

Even moderate inflation can significantly shrink your spending power over time. The good news? With a solid plan, you can stay ahead of it.

Need help adjusting your strategy? Let’s talk.
