Did you know that only 24% of Americans have a will in place? Having a will is one of the items on our client checklist. We always remind and ask folks if they have one in place. This is a very affordable legal service our firm offers for families who cannot afford legal fees. It is state specific, offers a will, court hours, & much, much more. The most important aspect is the guardianship. Did you know that parents can be living but considered "incapacitated". Their minor children, without a guardian assigned, will be handed over to child services until they are out of ICU or the state has figured out which guardian they should be assigned to. Please make your family your greatest priority this Christmas season. It the one of the best gifts you could give them.
