A question I get all the time....

"Can I finance a manufactured home?"

ABSOLUTELY!!

The biggest thing to remember with financing a manufactured home is the age the home was physically manufactured.
A double wide must be manufactured on or after June 15, 1976
and a single wide must have been manufactured in the last 10 years.

There are a few other things that we take into consideration, but if you have a question on if a property is eligible call me today!
