called me again, saying she needed help. Her client was about to be DENIED by 3 BUILDER lenders.

My response? “I GOT YOU”.

The clear to close came 4 days prior to the close date and the buyer, Gabe, couldn’t have been more ecstatic.
We also SAVED him an additional $150k that the builder was requiring to approve them- after he was already pre-approved.

You can’t always get what you want…but we get what we need! 🎶

The latest CPI report is in, and it’s a mixed bag! Inflation remains a concern, but we’re seeing some positive trends. Shelter costs dropped by 0.2%, yet other factors are keeping inflation elevated.

The good news? We’re still benefiting from the recent FED selloff slowdown and lower Core CPI helped bring rates below 7%. To sustain this momentum, though, we need unemployment to rise.

When I say I work for Fairway Independent Mortgage I say it with a badge of honor. This past week they had a Faith Summit for its employees full of Christian speakers, testimony, and biblical purpose. This is a pic of some of my fairway fam at our Shabbat dinner. It was an absolute incredible experience and am grateful for every second of this week. I LOVE where I work!
