Introducing Plantation Midtown

We initially marketed Plantation Midtown several years ago. After evaluating additional residential development alternatives for the site, ownership has now moved forward with a retail plan to officially launch pre-leasing for the project.

The apartment project is completed and as well as the townhomes. It is under same ownership, and the plan is to start in January with delivery by October 2027.

Plantation Midtown is located at the signalized intersection of Pine Island Road and Cleary Boulevard and is anchored by a completed mixed-use community featuring 480 Class A apartments and 86 townhomes.

Great night at the ICSC event at American Social in Boca! Always good catching up with longtime industry colleagues and meeting new ones.

Especially great seeing so many FSU Real Estate Center and FSU Alumni I first met as students now making their mark in commercial real estate — along with two candidates and future CCIMs getting ready for their exam in LA! Our district is representing Florida CCIM Chapter East Coast District

Another successful transaction in the books!
