Best thing I heard today:

One of my customers finds a wallet and notices that the owner is also a State Farm insured. He calls our office for assistance to reunite the owner with the wallet, which we are able to do in connection with the owner's State Farm agent.

Like a good neighbor....

Kudos to the customer for being so thoughtful.

We are adjusting our hours to 9am to 6pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 5pm on Fridays to better service our customers.
