The Paintsville Recreation Center is on stand by as a warming center in collaboration with Paintsville City Hall.

Normal operating hours are 8am to 4pm Monday through Saturday. After hours please contact numbers below for assistance

In the event of major power outages, local fire departments are on standby.

Law enforcement has distributed blankets to known homeless areas.

Please contact the Paintsville/Johnson County 911 dispatch center at 606-789-4221 or
