There’s a new smiling face at our Painesville branch, and trust us, you’re going to want to meet her.
Say hello to Melissa, our newest Member Service Associate.
Melissa comes to Theory with a wealth of banking experience and the kind of positive energy you notice right away. She’s warm, sharp, enthusiastic, and an absolute dynamo with people. We knew pretty quickly she belonged at Theory.
And her connection to our education community makes the fit even better.
Melissa is a busy mom of three kids, ages 8, 12, and 14, which means she spends plenty of time navigating practices, games, schedules, carpools, and all the wonderfully organized chaos that comes with being a sports family. But somehow, she still finds time to give back.
She’s a familiar face around Mentor Public Schools, where she volunteers regularly, and even steps into the classroom as a substitute teacher. She also serves on the Memorial Middle School PTA Board, giving her a firsthand connection to the students, families, educators, and schools at the heart of the community we serve.
Banking experience? Plenty.
Great with people? Definitely.
Connected to the education community? Very much so.
A fit for Theory? From day one.
We couldn’t be happier to have Melissa at Theory. She’s only been here a short time, but one thing is already pretty clear: she’s exactly where she belongs.
