Ingenuity that is both moving and inspiring. Watch this video teaser for a 2014 documentary about an orchestra in Paraguay whose instruments are made from trash. The parents in this village make a living by picking garbage from the landfill under their feet. When you get to 19-yr.-old Bebi with his cello made out of an oil can and scrap wood, think about the words of orchestra director Favio Chavez: "The world sends us garbage. We send back music."

Why every entrepreneur with a new product or idea they are trying to sell or get investment money for isn't watching Shark Tank on Fridays at 8:00 p.m. on ABC...I cannot explain!! You must check it out! If you are trying to obtain money for an invention or business concept of any kind, it gives you a great sense of what investors look for, as well as an idea of other entrepreneurs' projects, business valuation, effective and ineffective presentation styles, negotiating and the art of the deal. Not to mention the importance of being able to establish credibility and competence while pitching your idea--which is almost equal in importance to the idea itself! And watching other entrepreneurs is inspiring.

Tip from "How to Get a Big Contract from a Big Company": Companies often will not tell you when and how they are unhappy with the service you provide--they will simply not rehire you. So it is vital that you are doing regular service checks to ensure you are exceeding your clients' expectations.
