Creating creative, strategic, valuable solutions to further your mission and purpose.

At Elevate, we spend a lot of time helping organizations turn ideas into action, strengthen relationships, and create something meaningful.

And you’d be surprised how often that starts over a cup of coffee. ☕ So we decided to create one of our own!

On International Coffee Day, we’re excited to introduce Higher Ground Fuel - built around a simple idea: Great things can start over coffee.

Higher Ground actually made its unofficial debut a few weeks ago when we sent about 75 bags home with attendees at our Concentrate 2026 conference. Now we’re excited to share it with everyone.

Built with our friends at Fule Fundworks, and with funds supporting local nonprofits, our first roast, Summit Blend, is available now. Try a bag for yourself. Send one to someone you appreciate. Or bring one to your next great conversation.

Let’s have coffee. Let’s climb higher.

🎉Concentrate 2026 Welcomes a New Sponsor! 🎉

Elevate and Invictus Analytics are proud to recognize MKIII as Silver Sponsors for Concentrate 2026!

MKIII offers insurance-backed underwriting for commercial real estate lenders, helping banks and credit unions grow their CRE portfolios while managing their risk and return profile. By combining forward-looking property valuation modeling and defined LTV and DSCR underwriting guidelines with performance guarantee insurance from A/AA-rated U.S. carriers, MKIII enables lenders to originate more CRE loans, including deals they'd otherwise decline or size down, without taking on additional balance sheet exposure. Lenders retain full underwriting and funding discretion while offloading credit risk through insurance-backed guarantees. The result: MKIII's analytics give you a deep, forward-looking read on your portfolio's risk, and AA-rated insurance carriers back that read with a performance guarantee, so if a covered loan underperforms, you're covered.

Thank you, MKIII, for your support of our conference and the industry.

We look forward to seeing you in Austin in September.
