To close out Global Volunteer Month, Serena Tobias and I were glad to support causes that bring people together and lift others up. We recently volunteered at The Welcome Room to help plan a comedy show benefiting local charities—and Serena also wrote 25 handwritten cards for Girls Love Mail, sending encouragement to women newly diagnosed with breast cancer.
