Congratulations to Mrs. Shannon April, the winner of $1,000 to be used for classroom support for the 2026–2027 school year! 🎉

Mrs. April is a Kindergarten Special Education teacher at Jordan Bank Elementary School, and we’re excited to support the incredible work she does for her students. The $1,000, administered through the Oxford Educational Foundation, can be used throughout the school year for classroom supplies, student needs, educational activities, celebrations, and more.

A huge thank you to all the teachers, staff, and administrators across the Oxford Area School District for the impact you make every day. Your dedication helps shape the future of our community.

Wishing everyone a fantastic and successful 2026–2027 school year! 🍎📚

Great news as this school year begins!

One lucky Oxford teacher will receive $1,000 in classroom support!

As a proud graduate of Oxford Area School District, I know firsthand the impact great teachers can have on a student’s life.

To support the incredible educators who serve our community, my office is awarding a $1,000 prize through the Oxford Educational Foundation to one Oxford teacher to be used for classroom supplies, student needs, activities, celebrations, or other opportunities that help their students thrive. A raffle will be held at the All District Staff Meeting on August 31.

Thank you to all Oxford teachers for the difference you make every day. Good luck as you begin this next school year!

Higher Treasury yields weighed on equities last week, renewing concerns about whether the economy and markets can withstand elevated rates. Despite the potential for seasonal volatility, resilient economic activity and strong corporate earnings support a constructive backdrop for equities.

Investment Strategist Brock Weimer explains what’s behind the move higher in long-term yields in the latest Weekly Market Wrap.

This scam often involves an attorney searching for a beneficiary for his or her deceased client. Keep in mind that you should never pay money in order to get money. If you believe an offer is legitimate, discuss it with a family member or trusted friend to gain an outside perspective.

Inflation has trended lower, supporting the case for the Federal Reserve to keep policy rates steady. While the path back to the Fed's inflation target may not be perfectly smooth, strong earnings, healthy economic growth and resilient consumer spending continue to help support market strength.

Portfolio Strategist Tom Larm shares his perspective on the forces influencing markets and what it could mean for investors in the latest Weekly Market Wrap.

Even though 32% of Americans experience are financially stressed and money is a constant source of pressure, 73% are using the internet as a source of financial advice, and largely managing their finances alone. This is where a financial advisor can make a difference. Research shows that financially fulfilled adults are 4.3x more likely to work with a financial advisor compared to financially stressed adults.

If financial stress is something you’re dealing with on your own, you don’t have to. Let’s talk through where you are and where you want to go.
