service. Front door access only. We continue to take all measure’s possible to insure your safety with continued sanitizing and social distancing.

Office Opening

June 15, 2020

We are cautiously opening our office for the public on June 15th.

*Front door access only*

To protect our staff and to protect you our valued customers, and as required
by executive orders our staff will be required to wear masks and face coverings or masks will be required to be worn by all customers before entering our office.

To maintain social distancing in front lobby area, we are limiting our lobby area to One (1) person at a time.

We will have seating just outside the door for your convenience.

We will continue to accept payments in our payment drop box, located at the back North door.

We will also continue to accept payments via phone.

We truly value your business and hope you are doing well during these unpresented times. We appreciate your cooperation and patience as we navigate
through this process of reopening.

Due to the Corona Virus, COVID-19 and the Executive Orders handed down by the Governor’s office today March 23rd. Our office is now closed to the public until April 14th or until further notice.

You may call and leave a message at 989-723-3011 and Renee will be checking for messages periodically or as much as possible.
She also will be in the office on a limited basis, and will field any calls during that time.

Information you need to know:
With the emergence of the COVID-19 virus we want to remind our valued customers that we offer the following services:

• Payments on your insurance policies can be made over the phone. Just call us at 989-723-3011 with your credit or debit card information or your routing and account number from your checking or savings account.

• You can also create an account online directly with the company we have you insured with and you can pay your premiums directly to the company. Call us if you need help in setting up an account.

• If you absolutely need to pay your premium in cash = to protect you and our staff we do have a drop box in the North rear door of our building. Cash payments can be dropped in the payment slot and we will send or email you a copy of your receipt.

• As of now our office is open to service you. We will continue to follow the daily recommendations of the CDC, and will advise if our hours of operations change.

If you are sick or have been around someone that shows any symptoms or have been in a community deemed a “hot spot”, we simply ask that you avoid coming into the office until you are considered all clear. We value your business but we also value your friendship and long standing relationship with our agency. Please take all measures necessary to protect yourself , your family and our staff.
