This one hits a little different.
I don’t usually like to pat myself on the back, but for this one I’m making an exception.
My homebuyers had been under contract since December with a broker who disappeared over the holidays and never communicated with them again.
Their agent didn’t give up on them and found me to step in and help.
From there, it was all about trust, patience, and having a plan. When the previous broker heard they were moving on, he said, “It’s not going to close.”
He was wrong.
It wasn’t easy, but with a lot of teamwork and persistence, we made it happen.
Tonight, we closed.
And the best part is my buyers finally get to call this place home.
