Full-Time Sales Representative
US Home Supplements
US Home Supplements is growing, and we are looking for a motivated, experienced Sales Representative to join our team full-time. We specialize in insurance restoration supplements for roofing contractors and restoration companies across the country.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the roofing and insurance restoration industry, thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, and is motivated by high earning potential through commission-based compensation.
Responsibilities
-Generate and manage new client relationships within the roofing and restoration industry
-Conduct outreach to roofing contractors, public adjusters, and restoration companies
-Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management through HubSpot
-Educate potential clients on our supplementing services and process
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client communication
-Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Qualifications
-Prior sales experience required
-Strong knowledge of the roofing and insurance restoration industry
-Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms(preferred)
-Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
-Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
-Comfortable with a high-commission compensation structure
