For 18 years—almost since the day I opened my agency—I’ve made it a priority to give young people an opportunity to learn, grow, and get real-world experience through internships. What started with high school students has grown to include college students, and it continues to be one of the most rewarding parts of owning my business.

This summer was no different. We had an incredible group of young men who showed up, worked hard, learned a lot, and brought great energy to the agency. I’m proud of the work they put in and even more excited to see where life takes them next.

Eighteen years later, I still believe one of the best investments we can make is in the next generation. ❤️
