Hours - M-F 9am to 4pm, but may ask you on rare occasion's to work later.
Age 18 or over and HS Diploma or GED. No experience necessary and will Train you.
Starting Pay $11.00/hr moves up to $13.50/hr with *Bonuses after you get your insurance license. *You will get Bonuses from Wd Insurance and some of the Insurance carriers as well.
MUST HAVE:
1) Have good communications skills with customers and on the phone.
2) Answer Phone, Filing paperwork, basic spreadsheets, creating documents on the computer, Cashier and some other mainly office task.
3) Be able to study and pass an insurance exam. After passing the exam and completing training and showing proficiency in doing Auto & Home insurance a significant raise in hourly pay will follow. Pay moves up to $13.50/hr plus bonuses.
*Must pass a background check : NO FELONIES. Some misdemeanors might be okay. Just tell me what they are & when they happened.
*** They and we will check your entire Criminal Background for your entire life everywhere and we will find out. If you have 1 or several misdemeanor(s), let me know exactly what they were and when they happened. Regardless of what it was , we and the Department of Insurance will take other factors into consideration. ***
