Meet Lydia Rust — EM Ford's new Client Relations Associate! 👋

Lydia is the very first face you'll see when you walk through our doors, and we couldn't be happier to have her warm smile welcoming our clients! Before joining the EM Ford family, Lydia worked as an esthetician, so she knows a thing or two about making people feel taken care of.

When she's not in the office, you can find Lydia singing, playing piano, or being involved in local theatre. She also loves curling up with a good book, working through a crossword or sudoku puzzle, and crocheting something cozy. She's recently celebrating her engagement to her fiancé, Justin! 💍 And of course, she's got a loyal sidekick at home: her cat, Nessa. 🐾

We're so lucky to have her on our team, welcome, Lydia! 🎉

How do we sum up someone who means so much to us in a caption??? Yesterday, we celebrated someone truly irreplaceable. Susan has been the heart of EM Ford for 43 years-knowing every face that walks through our door and every voice on the other end of the line (long before caller ID made that easy!!). She's been the glue that holds us together, and the impact she's made on our clients, our team, and all of us who've had the privilege of working alongside her is something we'll carry for years to come. Congratulations, Susan!! You've more than earned this next chapter. 🎉 (But we are thankful she will be helping us out here and there for a bit longer, we can't let her go that easy!!)
