Whew!! What a year.

Looking back on year three, and looking forward to year four, we are both thankful and excited.

Thankful to have the absolute best team of IAs in the country as well as the most faithful and loyal clients we could ever ask for.

This year was a challenge. We have experienced growing pains and handled them with grace. We have overhauled our workflows completely to handle a surge such as what was seen on 3/15 - one of the most severe hailstorms ever seen in the state of Kentucky. BDA handled every single assignment we received within our guidelines, and received minimal supplements, which speaks to the level of discipline, accuracy, and determination of our expert team.

We received zero complaints for the numerous claims we have handled this year - in fact we have received more praise for our hard work, accuracy, and integrity than we ever have before.

Looking forward, there are HUGE things to come and be excited for. We are investing in our firm more than any other. These new changes will disrupt the market and offer a platform with a level of service and efficiency that clients and IAs will not find anywhere else. I cannot wait for everyone to see what we have in store.

Thank you so much to everyone that made it out to our Keeneland tailgate this year!

The weather was perfect, the company was great, the drinks were cold and the food was tasty!

Bluegrass Damage Appraisal was proud to sponsor and take part in the Southern Kentucky Claims Association’s 30th Annual Golf Scramble earlier today.

It was a fantastic event—great weather, great company, and a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow claims professionals and industry partners. The SKCA continues to bring our community together year after year, and we’re honored to have been part of this milestone celebration.

Still grinning from ear to ear after a great day at the Kentucky Farm Bureau Insurance Clays for a Cause event.

There’s something special about standing shoulder-to-shoulder with folks from across the industry—not just to dust some clays (though that part was a blast), but to come together for a cause that actually means something. It’s not every day you get to mix good people, good conversations, and a little friendly competition—all in support of our local communities.

A huge thanks to Kentucky Farm Bureau Insurance for hosting such a well-run, purpose-driven event. We’re proud to have been part of it, and even prouder to support the mission behind it.
