20 years of service & relationships! 💙

For two decades, Kim Webber has been part of First Bank of Owasso, building relationships and celebrating alongside the clients and community she loves.

Banking has been part of Kim’s story since high school, when she began working as a teller at a small community bank. She continued building her banking experience throughout college and the early part of her career, working at banks in Texas and Arkansas. After her family put down roots in Owasso, FBO stood out to her as a strong community leader. Today, she serves as Vice President and Executive Assistant to the CEO, assisting the President & CEO, Chairman, Board of Directors, and shareholders, as well as managing the loan administrative support team.

As Kim puts it, “I love visiting with our clients and getting to know them on a personal level and celebrating their wins with them.”

What a special afternoon. ❤️

We were honored to once again partner with 94.1 KXOJ and Churches by Daniels to host the annual KXOJ Pastor Appreciation Lunch. A room filled with meaningful conversations, encouragement, fellowship, and a wonderful performance by Erik Nieder, made for a memorable day.

As a bank that is passionate about serving churches and ministries, opportunities like this are especially meaningful to us. Pastors spend so much of their time pouring into others, and we were grateful for the chance to pour back into them.

To all Pastors, thank you. The work you do matters, and our communities are stronger because of your leadership and care.
