Advocacy Is More Than My Career—It's My Calling

Standing in front of our nation's Capitol reminds me why I do what I do every day: I believe everyone deserves someone who will stand beside them and help them navigate the often confusing world of Medicare and Marketplace health insurance.

For more than eight years, I have built my agency one client at a time by putting people first. Through hard work, education, and an unwavering commitment to serving others, I have doubled my book of business while earning the trust of countless individuals and families. My goal has never been to simply sell insurance—it's to be an advocate for the people I serve.

That passion extends far beyond my profession. As the caregiver for my husband and as someone who helps care for my mother in assisted living, I understand firsthand the emotional, physical, and financial challenges families face. Those experiences have given me a deeper appreciation for the importance of having someone who listens, explains, and stands up for others when they need it most.

Whether I'm helping a senior understand Medicare, assisting a family with Marketplace coverage, or advocating for consumers facing complicated healthcare decisions, I believe everyone deserves someone in their corner. My clients know they can count on me not just during enrollment, but throughout the year whenever they need guidance.

Being nominated as one of the five finalists for World's Best Insurance Agent is an incredible honor. To me, this recognition isn't about awards—it's about the opportunity to continue serving my community with compassion, integrity, and a servant's heart.
