As of 04-15-22 In response to the new xompensation rules going into effect in July.

Seller Can Pay Buyer’s Agent Commission:
The highlight of today’s discussion was the new ruling from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, where it is now permitted for a seller to pay the buyer’s real estate agent's commission without it counting as part of the closing costs. Typically, with a 5% down payment on Fannie.
