Jobs had met with about 20 other candidates, and was unimpressed... -

Then after about 5 months of meeting with and getting to know Sculley, Jobs was sold and offered him the Job!

Sculley initially turned it down...

It was then that Jobs hit Sculley with the infamous line that caused Sculley to change his mind:
“Do you want to sell sugar water for the rest of your life, or come with me and change the world”
