Autumn is definitely in the air and before you know it, the holidays will be here too. If you're considering buying a house this year.. Here are some reasons why the Fall market is a great time for Buyers.

1. There's much less competition. Many people are already settled into the school year and some just don't want to move before the holidays. If you're willing to, there's a great chance you'll find your dream home, and not have to compete with as many buyers. Plus, wouldn't it be great to be in your own home for Christmas??🎄

2. Your Realtor is a little less busy and this means you won't be sharing his/her time with as many clients. They should be able to notify you immediately when the right home comes on the market... And take you to view it within hours. When you find the ONE.. they can write an offer immediately.. Giving you the best position to seal the deal!

3. Although inventory may be lower in the Fall.. many sellers who decide to list during this time of year might be due to a job transfer or other reasons not based on the season. These sellers realize there won't be as many interested buyers.. So they tend to be more motivated sellers and either list at a lower price... Or they may even be more inclined to accept lower than asking price.
