Do you journal at all?

This is such an important activity to implement on your quest to making this year the most EPIC yet!

It is empowering to be able to look back and see how you handled challenges from the past, how much you have grown, and what you were thinking during previous experiences. I highly recommend that you make this a goal and take action on it!

Oh my - this is a tough one for all of us. Everyone has at least one (or many) limiting beliefs.

-I am not good enough

-I am not smart enough

-I am not wealthy enough

-I am not attractive enough

-I am not adaptable enough

-I am not, I am not, I am not....

It requires a community of people who believe in one another to help kick any insecurities out of our life.

Physical energy suffers when creative energy is stifled.

Whether it is cooking, dancing, painting, drawing, writing, or even DIYing, I believe that we are all creative beings and we have different ways of sharing our gifts with the world.
