Jacob joined our team in July 2025. He fit in immediately and assists our customers every day.



Jacob is originally from Wisconsin but eventually ended up in Kansas City. While he misses his hometown, he’s grown to love the Kansas City community—from BBQ to Royals and Chiefs, and his favorite pastime, frisbee golf.

When Jacob isn’t crushing it at the office, he enjoys hitting the disc golf courses around the city and even participates in tournaments. And when he’s up North, he never misses a chance to snowmobile. In addition, Jacob is an animal lover; he’s even fostered animals in need of a home.

Happy belated Father’s Day to the greatest Dad I know, Glenn Lorei.

He was and still is always there for us. My Dad taught us so many things: he showed us how to change the oil on our cars, fixing and building things, he shared his love of the water and boats, and most important of all, how to be a great Dad!

One of the most rewarding parts of what we do is helping families uncover coverage gaps they didn’t even realize existed.

We recently welcomed a new customer and, during the process of reviewing their home and auto insurance, discovered several important gaps in their previous coverage — including low liability limits and no sewer backup coverage. They were relieved to learn about risks they hadn’t considered and grateful to finally feel properly protected.

That’s why our team believes insurance should never be one-size-fits-all. Every household is different, and we take the time to understand what matters most to each customer whether that means lower deductibles, budget-friendly premiums, or a balance of both.

At the end of the day, we’re not just here to provide insurance. We’re here to help people make informed decisions and feel confident about protecting what matters most.

Road trip season is here, so here are 3 quick things I always recommend before hitting the road:

1. Make sure your spare tire is actually ready to use

3. Pack plenty of Funyuns and Mountain Dew (elite road trip combo, in my opinion)

Kobe Brandt joined us in July 2023 and has been an invaluable part of our team ever since. Kobe assists new customers in tailoring coverage to meet their needs.

Kobe grew up in Columbia, MO and attended Missouri State University (aka the Harvard of Southwest Missouri) where he was a starting Offensive Lineman for the Missouri State Bears football team. Upon graduation, Kobe moved to the Kansas City area and joined our ranks.

While Kobe isn’t at the office, he loves to workout, play league basketball on a few different teams, and has recently taken up pickleball. Like many of us, he also enjoys some lake-time at the Ozarks and Tablerock Lake and never misses a chance to cheer for the Chiefs or Royals. Kobe also highly suggests Taha Mexican Kitchen on the Plaza or Slaps BBQ in KCK—excellent choices!
